Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If susu4 identifies a deposit originating from a payment method registered to a different individual, the deposit will be reversed and returned to the original source. Repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per day (higher limits may be available for VIP members). Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.

You must enter the exact amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the destination bank account or e-wallet. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
susu4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the withdrawal may be delayed pending investigation, and we will contact you via email with further details.
susu4 periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your "My Bets" history. susu4 reserves the right to reject any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we identify an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). susu4 does not recognise unofficial results, media reports, or social media claims as the basis for settlement.
Cancellations & Abandonments: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, susu4 will apply the standard settlement rules for that sport. In most cases, pre-match bets on cancelled fixtures are voided and stakes returned, but live bets may be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment.
Live Betting Delays: Live odds are updated in real time based on data feeds from our sports data providers. However, due to broadcast delays and internet latency, there may be a short lag between an event occurring and the odds adjusting on our platform. susu4 reserves the right to void bets placed during this lag if we determine that the user had access to information not yet reflected in the odds.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the susu4 Platform without our prior written consent. You may not use the susu4 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express permission.
susu4 is committed to protecting the privacy of all users. Our data collection, processing, storage, and sharing practices are described in full in the susu4 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, but will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, susu4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
susu4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
susu4 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which susu4 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against susu4. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
